Add my voice to those who favor stricter control of poultry litter. Our clean water is just as important as the business of growing chickens for market. It is time for serious regulation of chicken waste applied to farmlands. (WHY IS IT THAT BUSINESS IS ALWAYS FAVORED OVER A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT IN VIRGINIA?)
