I am in favor of stricter controls on the use of poultry manure/waste as a fertilizer. I fish a number of rivers in Virginia and I am concerned with the recent fish kills observed on the James and Shenandoah Rivers. Please let me know if I can do anything else. Hopefully, you will be receiving similar emails from other members of the Old Dominion Smallmouth Club.
