I used to fish in the Shenandoah River regularly before the fish kills began.
I am in favor of new regulations concerning soil testing and the spreading of poultry litter in the Shenandoah watershed. I strongly believe that these new regulations could potentially save the river and it's inhabitants and once again provide a safe, enjoyable resource for everyone.
