Please Pass The Poultry Litter Regulation

I received a forward regarding the chicken litter regulation from Derek Venable, who I have fished with with the Old Dominion Smallmouth Club. I support the regulation & have long believed that doing something about chicken waste & fertilizer would dramatically help Virginia's rivers & ultimately the Bay.
