Rate Structure- NOIRA

I oppose the rate structure, because the state is not thinking of the children in fostercare. They are so focused on cutting money that having a child in a safe and loving home does not matter to them. We as fosterparents work with our children (fosterchildren) 24/7.  The people who are trying to put rate structure in place needs to take in a TFC for a week ,and their understanding will be better toward a TF parent. We as TF parents are reimburse between $1.00 to $3.00 an hour for our services. We do this for love and not money, because  no one will work 24/7 for this rate. The state is trying to cut this rate, which is not helping the children like they say they want to. There are other ways to pull down 4E money without hurting children that have needs and also the Foster Parents.
