Dear Sirs:

I support the rule change to recognize concealed carry of handguns for self-defense and other legitimate uses in Virginia State Forests.  Any attempts to sanction or punish law-abiding citizens for doing so should be stopped. I also ask for recognition of the right to open carry as well.
