I support the proprosed regulation change to allow concealed carry in Virginia State Forests. Unfortunately, the proposed change does nothing to allow citizens to open carry. Accordingly, I am asking you to hold a public hearing to allow open carry and to bring the regs into compliance with Virginia's Attorney Genera opinion # 08-043 on this matter. Thank you.
