The adopted Emergency Temporary Standard related to COVID-19 was a thoughtful gesture, but is burdensome on already struggling organizations and will stretch governmental departments even further than they currently are to monitor, enforce and educate. The temporary standards were quickly. The standards were quickly outdated with the ever changing environment experienced in 2021 and have now become obsolete with the roll out of vaccines and improved treatments. Unnecessary mandates create further hardships to an economy trying to recuperate from a devastating blow.
