As a Virginia resident and CCW Permit holder, I strongly support the proposed action allowing me to excercise my constitutional right to bear arms in the state forests.  The proposed rule change will see a positive impact in reducing crimes against persons and property in these lands and normalizes the right to carry statewide.  Please adopt this change.
