I strongly urge you to pass the bill currently under consideration for carry in Virginia's State forests. The Second Amendment does not conatin specific adendums for area such as Stste Forests. In addition, allowing law abiding citizens access to guns in all areas has been proven to lower crime. As a general rule, those law abiding citizens who have access to legally owned guns and carry permits commit and extremely low percentage of violent crimes. I urge you to pass this bill to help ensire that second amendment rigths extend to all legal areas of the State.
