"NO" to proposed regulation regarding postmarks on Absentee Ballots!

The VA State Board of Elections has NO authority to amend Virginia's statute that requires a returned envelope for an Absentee Ballot to be postmarked so as to ensure it is submitted by 7:00 pm on Election Day.  As a registered Virginia voter, I demand a public hearing on your blatant attempt to manipulate our voting process and undermine our election's integrity.
