VA Board of Election proposed regulation action to try to change Election Law !

As a citizen of the Commonwealth of VA , who was born in the state of VA , I am saying NO to a proposed regulation that would permit Absentee Ballots to be delivered to the Office of Elections by noon on Friday after the Election Day with no proof they had been submitted in or before Election Day !

This is UNACCEPTABLE action on the part of the General Assembly and Governor Northam and I as well as many other VA citizens demand a PUBLIC HEARING to STOP this proposed regulation !!! I want to ensure that the prior law , before this new General Assembly action of 2020 , remain as it has been in the past , by which the Absentee Ballots had to be returned to the Office of Elections or local polling stations by 7:00 pm on Election Day when the polls closed . If they missed the deadline , they were not counted ! As an historic state housing the most United States Presidents of any state  in the Nation , that being 8 presidents , we can not stand for this kind of actions by the VA Board of Elections trying to change Election Law with regulatory action ! This is against our State Law and non other than a clear cut attempt at VOTER FRAUD ! Our Founding Fathers would be appalled at such action and so are many Virginia citizens ! We MUST HAVE a HEARING to STOP this obvious VOTER FRAUD proposed regulation and stop the undermining of the sanctity of my vote as well as the votes of my fellow citizens across our wonderful Commonwealth of VA ! Thank you so very much for your attention on this very urgent issue , sincerely yours , Carolyn Smith .
