I am a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I have worked with multiple Soil Scientists over my many years in the profession and feel that these professionals provide a critical service that has a great impact on the public health and welfare. As such this profession should continue to be regulated in the Commonwealth.
