The VSBE does not have the authority to alter election law

The Virginia State Board of Elections does NOT have the authority to alter election law by regulatory action to no longer require a postmark on mail in ballots. By not requiring a postmark date we invite fraud. The integrity of our elections should be top priority so as to not disenfranchise all voters. As a Virginia resident and registered voter, I demand that the State Board of Elections adhere to the law and that a public hearing be held on this matter.
