In no way should ballots be accepted after November 3rd.  Americans have had plenty of time and opportunities to get their votes in.  Allowing ballots to come in until Friday after the Tuesday election would delay knowing the outcome of the election unnecessarily and allows for fraudulent results.  End the election process on election day!
