This proposed regulation is ripe for abuse and is easily perceived as a way to have voter cheating. 

DO NOT APPROVE THIS PROPOSAL.. 

Do you honestly expect us to believe that ballots that do not have proof that they have been submitted by election day are actually valid ballots??????

VOTER FRAUD IS WHAT I SEE COMING OUT OF THIS PROPOSAL.

WE NEED TO MAINTAIN VOTER INTEGRITY.
