Re:  1VA20-70-20 Material Omissions from Absentee Ballots

This note is to submit that the integrity of Absentee voting in Virginia should be preserved pursuant to the Code of Virginia 24.2-706 and not/not amended to include rendering valid any "ballot received by noon on the third day after an election with no postmark".
