Dear Sirs,
Please use some common sense in ensuring that ballots are legal by requiring that they have a postmark by November 3, 2020. How could you possibly have a system that permits ballots without a postmark to be counted as valid? Unless you want to promote fraud and abuse of the voting process, end this policy today!
