SUPPORT Continued Regulation of Interior Design in Virginia!!!

***I am an AIA Oregon Business Member / Oregon WBE & MBE Certified Firm

~ RE:  State of VA: Willfully Blacklisted by Oregon AIA, lead by ZGF - due to State of VA Licensure....

=============================

With over (20) Years Commercial experience, to include leading an International Academic Program abroad, as well as having recently heavily assisted to lead ASID’s Government Affairs last year ~ I fully support State Licensure for Interior Design.

~ As a diverse Global Professional who has grown with differing AEC Certification Systems, and within Collegiate Academics, to include CIDA changes over the years - I fully understand the grave Public responsibility that comes with being a Design Professional with a Commitment to the Profession, and the Health, Safety, & Welfare of the General Public through the continued study of the application of Construction & Building Codes, to be congruent with the use of cutting edge Sustainability Standards.  I personally utilize a large variety of Technological and holistic tools, in which to research & create an integrated Design solution ~ which is healthy for both humans and the environment.

~ Oregon does NOT have ANY Interior Design Regulations, and I have dealt with outright hostility from those in the Oregon & PNW - AEC Market, who’ve HATED me for my State of VA Licensure, my established Professional integrity and my Asian Indian Race, which is Low Caste, and ALSO hated in the State of Oregon, historically as per the Ghadar Party Supreme Court Case.

~ Orientalism is entrenched in the PNW history, connected to Oregon’s dirty KKK history, where Nike enthusiasts and White Nationalist Architects participated in a Swatting Crime during the entirety of 2019 - to SILENCE me from Reporting YEARS of State wide Discrimination and severe Acts of Intimidation since Fall 2016, leading to literal Domestic Terrorism and HORRIFIC Human Rights abuses, NOW detailed in the following, and under Review by the Department of Defense:

  • AIA National, General Counsel
  • Oregon State Bear Ethics Complaints
  • (4) 9th Circuit Court Cases - (1) with the Oregon DOJ
  • Seattle EEOC - Right to Sue: ZGF Architects
  • Seattle EEOC - Right to Sue: Nike
I recently initiated a United Nations Legal Referral, as advised by my Client: the US Naval War College, via Article 13 & 17 Statutes - described in their recent Event with the International Criminal Court.

Naval War College ~ presents the International Criminal Court: Emerging Legal and Policy...

I have truly suffered beyond words, to Represent Professionalism and be Professional - whilst surviving HATE from PNW / Oregon Nationalists who want to keep Institutionalized / Structured Racism in place, by pushing White & Black Supremacy - to SILENCE my voice and have stolen my Life’s work - bc they are not COMPETENT enough to create a fair Market, such as Virginia has - through stringent Interior Design Regulations, that keep Humans safe.

~ Vetting the ability to use the Title of Interior Designer, keeps Academic standard high, Global Market segments: Innovative; and further contributes to adjoining Industries such as:

- Healthcare / Wellness
- Education, all levels
- Real Estate

In this time of a Global Pandemic, there have NEVER been a more important time to keep and increase the number of States with Commercial Interior Design Regulations!!!

~ Please do not hesitate to contact me directly with any Questions, at all.
