Don't make a huge mess

Balloting ends on Tuesday November 3, 2020. If ballots come in after November 3 and there is not a postmark to prove that they were mailed no later than November 3, then they cannot be accepted. People have 6 weeks to get ballots in. If they cannot get them into the mail no later than November 3 then they have lost a very wide open opportunity. If you think you might want to count ballots that have not provably been cast between September 18 and November 3, then you need to hold a public hearing so that the citizens of Virginia can tell you that you are wrong to do so. This proposed ruling is not only not legal under law, it leaves the door wide open for voter fraud. Do not do that to Virginia. Keep voting legal and above board. That's all we are asking.
