Voters should be expected to mail their ballots (postmarked) or vote in person by election day.  There are rules in place to insure only those who are legally able to vote, can vote.  Changing the rules a few weeks before the election is not a good idea.  It is creating a great chance of fraudulent votes.  If our citizens can't trust the election and believe it was done fairly then they won't accept the results.  I think you should have a public hearing about this.  Thank you for your time.  Christine Terrell
