This proposed regulation allowing absentee ballots with no postmark to be counted three days after election day is shockingly wrong-headed. This is an invitation to election fraud in fact and in appearance. Indeed, why should Virginians have any confidence in the electoral process under such a regime? We have too much conflict in the country right now, and such a maneuver will only make matters worse. I strongly oppose this proposed regulation.
