My name is Michelle Thomas, IIDA and I live and work in Virginia. I write this comment in STRONG support of the continued regulation of the interior design profession in Virginia.

My company is licensed and SWaM certified in state of Virginia and I am licensed Interior Designer (DPOR) in state of Virginia. Our certification is EXTREMELY important as it is requirement for being able to bid for State and Government projects as requirement. We are small company that practice in Hospitality, Higher Education, Corporate and Federal Government. Therefore in order to bid on VA. State Projects with eVA it is critical to continue Regulation of Interior Design in Virginia.
