Certification is essential to continue to offer clients a level of confidence that the work is being performed by competent professionals. There is a distinction between the certified professionals now that go through four year college degrees, like that at Virginia Tech which is part of the Architecture Program, and those that go through a trade school. Do not confuse the certified professionals out there with interior designer. The certified professionals today do far more than choose color palettes like that of an interior designer. I OPPOSE the passage of this bill.
