We should not change any rules for absentee mail in ballots for the election.  Election Day is just that.  People have enough time to vote absentee by mail and meet the election day deadline. We also have many options to vote at satellite locations for early voting.  

I see no need to change the rule for this election.

The Virginia citizens are entitled to a public hearing on any election changes.
