Please approve the concealed carry in State Forests and, I also request a hearing with respect to open carry in State Forests. And, I would also like to know--why such approval is necessary---inasmuch as State Forests are in the Commonwealth of Virginia---Virginia law should control all of the territory in Virginia---and open carry is already legal as is concealed carry with a CHP.
