I cant understand why this issue has even come up. Water is life. We must do everything we can to make our water safe not just for us but for generations to come. Backflow assemblies prevent cross contamination of our water. We MUST have licensed backflow prevention device workers to ensure that all backflows get tested  and inspected correctly.
