When it come to protecting public Health I have always believed that there needs to be a system in place that certifies and licenses an individual to help hold them accountable. If this license was to be done away with, unskilled people would be performing testing just to make a buck. We need a certification system in place to have properly trained individuals performing this testing.

When I first saw that DPOR was thinking of ending this license, I wondered what prompted such a decision. I still cant come up with an intelligent reason.
