I feel it is absolutely unacceptable to count ballots received after the Nov. 3rd election if the postmark is dated after Nov. 3rd, 7:00pm, when polls are closed.  There is a defined ending time as to when one can vote.  This must be strictly adhered to in order to have a fair election.   Voters have PLENTY of time to vote and have their vote counted!
