This SOOO obviously invites the opportunity for fraud and despicable actions. Why would any sane person agree to this without bad intentions? BALLOTS MUST BE IN HAND BY CLOSE OF POLLS ON ELECTION DAY !!! If one wishes to vote this way, THEY must do what is necessary to ensure their ballot is received by close of polls ON ELECTION DAY !!!!
