As a Virginia voter, I am appalled to hear of this last minute change to the postmark requirement for mail in ballots.  A public hearing is required!!!!!

Quite clearly, our Democrat Governor and his ilk are attempting to provide cover for those intent upon casting illegitimate ballots.  STOP THIS NOW!
