Mail in voting ballots need to be post marked and received no later than the closing of polls on election day. There has been more than sufficient time alllowed for this to happen.  There has been more than sufficent effort to extend voting from early voting to even receiving many unsolicited requests for mail in voting ballots durind the month of September.
