Absolutely do NOT change the requirement for a postmark on absentee ballots submitted after 7pm election day! There is no need for this - EVERYONE is well aware of this election, and the multiple opportunities to vote prior to election day. There is no need for this proposed change. Already people on both sides are priming themselves and their base to contest the election- the LAST thing we need is to muddy the water even more. This change would allow opportunity for voter fraud on both sides.
