Dear Sir:

Please maintain the current regulation which only counts ballots in possession of the board of elections by 7:00 pm on election day.  To allow ballots to be delivered later than election day provides ample opportunity fraud.  There is more than enough notification and time for people to submitted ballots on time or to vote in person.
