Change to election rules regarding acceptance of Mail in ballots

This change in the regulation to accept ballots without proof of when received or when mailed is tantamount to disenfranchisement. This could lead to an enormous amount of voter fraud and ballot stuffing if there is close election. Additionally, any elections that are close and though the acceptance of ballots that otherwise would be rejected, could result in changes of outcomes days after the election.  A further reason that Mail-in ballots are unnecessary, excluding absentee ballots that have some integrity included in the process, is that people are much more exposed to Covid in the grocery store, and the normal places people visit during the normal course of the day, than they would be with a mask and 6 feet apart in a voting precinct.  Given political unrest of the left of late, a situation where candidates may be defrauded and the public perceives so, could lead to political unrest on the right as well. Let us please have an election we can believe in. That is not much to ask.
