Desire to defraud is the only excuse!

Do NOT allow for any ballot - which does not have a postmark of election day or before - to be counted in any race.  There is no legitimate reason to do so. Every citizen who votes has the ability to go to the polls or send a legitimately certified ballot (with proper chain of custody).

This proposal shows blatant desire to defraud.  Period.  This is readily apparent to the voting public, and, if for no other reason, this should be withdrawn by elected officials who might hope to be reelected.  We wish, of course, that you possessed the moral code to prevent fraud because it is WRONG, but THAT remains to be seen.
