Please do not promote fraud by counting non-postmarked ballots!

It has come to my attention that there is a proposal to accept non-postmarked ballots by mail for the upcoming election. Postmarks MUST be preserved! A return envelope for an absentee ballot is required by law to have a postmark by 7PM on Election Day.  Absentee ballot return envelopes MUST have a proper postmark verifying that the absentee ballots were returned legitimately and on time.   Please do not change this as it will enable voter fraud. Elections should adhere to the law.  Please have a public hearing to address this matter.
