As a Fairfax County Voter for almost 40 years, I see no reason whatsoever to change the deadline date for Absentee Ballots from Election Day at 7pm to the following day at noon, after the final tally of election day ballots have already been announced.  What would be the possible reason for this change?  Voter ignorance of the rules is no excuse, they are announced well ahead of time or fraud, more likely.   Come on Virginia, we demand Election Integrity, not Election Shenanigans.
