No to allowing votes to be valid that are not received by the board of elections, or post marked by 7PM, on election day (as required by state law).  No drop boxes that do not require a postmark.

The board does not have the authority to unilaterally change election law.  

If there is to be a public hearing, I wish to be notified as to the time and location.
