A return envelope for an absentee ballot is required by law to have a postmark by 7PM on Election Day. That's reasonable and makes sense.  Maintain integrity in Virginia's electoral process. Don't change it. Do not allow this new proposal to go through. A big NO to this new attempt to change the election laws.
