Penn National is basically asking here that they have the power to cancel any wager they wish. There is evidence of sportsbooks using such ability to simply cancel winning wagers, which is outright theft!

I ask that Virginia follow the successful lead of New Jersey and require a case by case review.

Penn National should have proper measures in place to avoid errors and maintain integrity. If they are so incompetent that they think they will make such errors as reversed odds and such, then they should eat the cost or stay out of Virginia!
