Please pass the Emergency Temporary Standard Regulation to ensure that slll employers comply with OSHA standards to protect the health and lives of workers.  Tbis includes poultry workers bus or transportation withers as well as those in health care.  
request you omit paragraph G which would reduce the requirement to just meeting CD C guidelines.
