I live in Broadway Virginia. There are several poultry processing plants near me in Timberville. I have been watching the number of positive cases of Covid-19 rise in both Broadway that has 87 cases and Timberville that has 58. For the number of people who live in these small towns those numbers are high. I believe the poultry plants are a major contributor to these infections, but without testing, inspections, and no enforceable standards nobody knows!

Please vote in favor of the Emergency Temporary Standard/Emergency Regulation 16 Vac 25-220. The workers across the commonwealth and the people who live in our communities need enforceable protections. Please act now because this virus waits for no one.
