No Mask Mandate

The use of masks in public must be a voluntary choice of the individual and not an enforced public dress code.  There is not enough evidence to suggest the wearing of a mask prevents the spread of the COVID-19 virus.  Observations of mask weathered in public yields plenty of evidence that people increase the touching of their face, eyes and nose in mask adjustments, thereby negating most, if not all, of any protective benefits that may be gained by wearing a mask.  Leave the choice up to the individual as to the decision to wear a mask in public or private.
