Let each individual person decide what is best for them.  Protect the fragile, and let the rest be free to make their own choices.
Schools should open normally, with all normal activities, no masks (unless an individual student or teacher chooses), and ALL extra curricular activities allowed.
The Governor should END his "emergency powers" POST HASTE and return the government of Virginia back to the people and our elected representatives.
