Any type of mask wearing needs to be more focused on the at risk folks. I heard a statistic where over 90% of deaths in VA were in nursing homes or from the older community. Seems to me that we can do a better job managing our at risk folks while letting the rest of us get on with our lives. Allow Virginians to use personal choice to protect our fellow citizens. No mandatory masks.
