Wearing of a face covering should be a choice made by the individual. Not government. 

Schools should resume as normal come fall. Science shows, it is rare for children to be symptomatic. Further more, it is rare for asymptomatic people to transmit the virus. Our children are hurting, let them get an education without face coverings.. The majority dont know how to use correctly anyways.
