There is a good reason why Virginia is doing so well compared to other States. Why fix something that is not broken? Why risk number increasing by lifting mask usage? 
Instead of ending mask usage it should be made mandatory in all businesses, and businesses should be held accountable if they do not comply with health and safety regulations.
