I urge the Va Health and Safety Codes Board to reject the new COVID 19 regulations. At present we are trying to integrate CDC COVID recommendations that change almost daily. I am concerned that it will be difficult to adhere to the new regulations in the midst of continued change. 

Please allow the public more time to process the proposed regulations and to be able to comment. This legislation appears to be hurriedly prepared and not completely thought out. Likewise, allow stakeholders more time to process the proposed regulations and their implications. Va businesses have already been damaged substantially by the pandemic's economic impact. Please do not cause a second blow by enacting new regulations hastily. 

Please reject the new regulations.
