When will the emergency regulations required in paragraph E of Executive Order 63 be made available from The Commissioner of the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry? And will they require masks in non public facing businesses? 

All Virginians need to be safe in their work environment and this dangling thread leaves a large number of our citizens at risk. Those at their places of employment and those they come home to have no choice or recourse but to be put at risk by employers who won't require masks and safe distancing. Teleworking has been discontinued for many putting them in harms way every day. All Virginia workers deserve to be protected at work.
